2 Thessalonians 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, – 1 Thessalonians 4:16 – 17)

1 Thessalonians 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

Colossians 1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

1 Thessalonians 2:19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?

We are waiting for the Lord to come – Rapture (Our Gathering)

All believers will be in His presence – 1 Thessalonians 2:19 “in the presence”

When will we be in His presence? At the Judgment Seat of Christ

2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

What kind of body will we have at the judgment seat of Christ? Glorified

Our soul will be the only thing that we take with us at the rapture.

So, we will be judged by the doctrine that we build up in our inner man.

It’s important to establish sound doctrine in our soul. – Good doctrine not bad doctrine

After we are judged – We go to the throne room of God. – 1 Thessalonians 3:13

We are presented to the Father.

How does the Lord Jesus Christ present us? 1 Thessalonians 3:13 “To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father,”

The Bible gives a slight difference between establish and stablish:

Psalm 93:1 “the world also is stablished,” – Already accomplished – it’s there

1 Chronicles 16:30 “the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.”

Psalm 96:10 “the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved:” –It’s in the process of becoming

Romans 1:11 “to the end ye may be established;” – Paul wants these believers to be established in the faith (Doctrine) – It’s in the process of becoming

Romans 16:25 “to stablish you” – By the time a believer learns the doctrine and gets to the end of Romans, then that believer is stablished in the doctrine of Romans.

A believer’s life is a growing process. We should all desire to build up sound doctrine in our inner man. Sound doctrine comes by rightly dividing the word of truth and putting Romans through Philemon in our inner man.

By the time that all believers get to the Father,  the establishing process is over, and our hearts will be stablished (Stable). – 1 Thessalonians 3:13

I encourage you today, read the word, believe the word, study the word, and build up sound doctrine in your inner man.
